Wordpress Extras and Fixes

If you are an active HWA member and need support for your website, we have some new terms going forward…

If you need a certain issue fixed or if you can’t get something specific working and need us to do it, rather than trying to figure it all out yourself – we have set up a service where we will support and apply the fixes for whatever you need to do. Moreover, we will also give detailed instructions with the fix on how to do “whatever you need to do” for a one time fee of $100.

The reason we have to start charging for this is because word press is not our product after all, and issues with word press and technical fixes are killing us for time.

Simply put, if you need something done for your website that goes beyond yourself and you want to just pay an expert to do what you need, rather than spending your precious time trying to learn yourself – you can send us a one time payment of $100 and we will support the specific issue finding and applying the required fix.

We are limiting this to 2 issues per order so that we don’t get swamped with multiple issues for the low one time fee.

So, from now on – you can either work out the fix yourself or learn word press in full (I actively encourage this anyhow if you are building websites for long term passive income) or, you can pay us for the time and we will support the issues and apply the fixes. Remember, education is an asset to you and your business and knowledge that applied is more power to you.

In the past, we have been doing all of the above for free, but it has now got to the stage where it is taking up half of our days applying and finding fixes for various issues with the word-press platforms. So from now on, we have no other choice but to charge for this going forward. Please do not play around within your back office, you do not need to be updating plug ins or anything. Simply work the system on the websites we give you.

Hopefully, this will motivate members to educate them selves on the tools and platforms they are using. I also hope you can understand that the majority of my time needs to be on developing HWA and working behind the scenes, so that you can all get the most out of your membership for the long term.
