Terms of Use
We make every effort to provide accurate information but make no warranty and may not be held liable for any losses or damages which may occur as a result of any person using information or products associated with this site or any of our partner or affiliate websites.
1) All cancellations within the first 3 days of sign up will be held with a 100% refund. If for one reason or another, you don’t think this service will be for you.
2) After this period, people will be billed for at least one month. So, if for example, someone cancels the service after 2 weeks or 3 weeks or 25 days, they will be billed for one month.
We cannot do pro-rata refunds. It will get too complicated and messy to calculate a percentage, say, of 21 days of service and then refund 10 days.
If someone is subscribed for 2 1/2 months and cancels, they get billed for 3 months. So on and so forth.
However, if after 90 days you have not had or made one sale using my system, you will be entitled to a 90 day refund, if you choose to cancel out at this time.
If a sale is made within that time, my system has been proven and this guarantee becomes void and you are subject to the normal terms above.
Now, of course, the subscriber who cancels will have full access to the forum, teleconference calls, keyterm research, mini-site, etc up until billing stops even if they cancel in the middle of a month.
3) Regarding the mini-sites, ownership reverts back to us. This is the only fair way to do this. We are incurring the cost of the art work, hosting, domain registration, content creation/preselling, affiliate links, google adsense if people want that in their site, and all of it.
If we didn’t do it this way, anyone could wait till we finished a site, follow what we say until they are getting traffic and making sales, then cancel out and take ownership of it.
The way I look at it is, nobody will have any incentive to cancel the service loosing the mini-site the moment it starts making sales.
Obviously I’m hoping people make much more than the monthly cost of membership, but as long as people are making at least that within a few months, they would have no incentive to cancel, as they will clearly see the potential and future growth potential.
I have a bunch of mini-sites, some do a lot better than others, but I simply never let a mini-site expire as long as it makes me more money than it costs me to renew it.
Remember we are also renewing your domains for you each year for an annual fee of just $39, and also linking to your mini-site from other related health websites. Moreover, you can also host other web sites with us, if you choose to, for no extra added cost on unlimited websites per member.
Our hosting is superb. We have setup our own dedicated server so even if you just used us for hosting; you are getting your moneys worth on hosting alone.
